Airbnb bear lake5/26/2023 Jennifer is knowns as the “vacation rental lady” and is an expert with permitting, projections, and is the go-to person to manage your vacation home. She discovered Grand Welcome a couple of years ago and wanted to be a part of a boutique style management company. She joined Turnkey Vacation Rentals (now Vacasa) as a Sales Executive and with the help of her team, grew the inventory to over 200 properties. She was the Director of Sales at Pali Retreat for 12 years before she discovered vacation rentals. She moved her family from Orange County to enjoy everything there is to offer including the four-seasons, ski resorts, scenic lakes, and endless hiking and biking trails. Like most folks who visit Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, Jennifer fell in love with the mountains. She has been involved in realtor associations, several chambers, sat on the Board of Director for the Running Springs Chamber, and worked for Rim of the World School District. Jennifer has lived in the San Bernardino mountains since 2001 and considers herself to be a local.
